The results reveal what motivates them to buy online, what they expect from their ecommerce experience, and how they’re engaging with their favourite brands.

Here’s a look at some key points from the report:

  • More than 50% of all respondents plan to increase their online shopping over the next 12 months
  • Millennials are the largest group of global shoppers, accounting for just under 50% of all cross-border shopping
  • Millennials and Gen Z are shopping across borders at 3x the rate of Boomers
