Accessibility Statement for ESW

U.S. Direct E-Commerce Limited trading as ESW (“ESW”) (which shall include its affiliates) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all.  As part of that commitment, we adhere to legal/regulatory requirements and incorporate industry standards relating to accessibility into our design, development, and quality assurance procedures. Our objective is to make use of these standards and practices to ensure our products and services provide an equitable, accessible experience for all who visit our sites.

Conformance status

To meet our goal of providing digital accessibility to all, we are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). WCAG 2.1 (in its current version) defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. ESW aims to comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Any part of the website that does not meet that standard nonetheless provides effective communication. We maintain documentation, testing reports and ongoing accessibility integration developments as part of our conformance.

Compliance Responsibility

ESW is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the services we manage comply with the accessibility requirements set out in the EU Directive 2019/882 and other applicable regulations. We are committed to providing accessible digital experiences and fulfilling our obligations as an e-commerce service provider.
