ESW has been accredited with the Great Place to Work® Award for the third consecutive year running. The Great Place to Work® Awards honour the Best Workplaces across Ireland and is based entirely on employee feedback as part of an extensive and anonymous survey, with independent analysis of the results.
The Great Place to Work® Awards assessment process is based on in-depth analysis of two main areas:
- The Trust Index© Employee Survey that measures the extent to which your organisation is considered to be a great workplace by your people.
- A Culture Audit that analyses the policies, practices, programs and day-to-day management behaviours that underpin a workplace culture.
The accreditation further strengthens ESW’s position as an employer of choice as we continue to grow our workforce with plans to add 500 news roles. ESW currently employee more than 600 people across our offices in Dublin, New York, Singapore, France, Italy, the UK and Germany, with expectations to bring headcount to over 1,100 within 3 years.
In fact, we are hiring for many roles in key areas such as Technology, Product, Payments, Client, Global Logistics, Sales and Finance. In addition to creating new jobs, scalability will be supported by continuing investment in sustainability, R&D, data analytics and technology development.
ESW recently reported expected sales of close to $1.5 billion in 2021 and we plan to accelerate growth to $5 billion within 3 to 5 years. The company has seen significant growth and demand this year, adding more than 20 new global brands to its partner roster, including Gucci, Olivia Burton, The Irish Store, Abercrombie & Fitch and J.Crew.
