The Challenge

Logitech needed an enterprise eCommerce platform that could be highly customised and a provider that could offer Merchant of Record services, tax management expertise, extreme flexibility and the capability to quickly expand to new global territories. Logitech wanted to kick this project off with launching a Mexico store, a task that had been challenging due to legislative guidelines and restrictions. For Logitech Mexico, ESW  not only swiftly integrated with local warehouses, but also implemented and managed a local payment method called OXXO. OXXO is a voucher-based payment method that allows shoppers to order items online and later pay cash for their purchases at one of over 13,000 OXXO stores. This popular Mexican ecommerce payment method removes limitations from shoppers without bank accounts or credit cards.
