The Challenge

Salvatore Ferragamo is known for craftsmanship and timelessness—less so for discounts. Yet the luxury label does offer annual employee flash sales ahead of the holiday season.

While previous employee sales had been successful in driving revenue, the brand required greater visibility into inventory management and sale results. Discount offers needed to be independent from the main ecommerce site to maintain exclusivity, and they sought improved protections from fraud and illicit reselling activity.
