Leadership Team: Headshots & Bios
Eric brings over 25 years of experience scaling global technology and ecommerce businesses, including as CEO of Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) — where he grew revenue from $320M to $2.3B — and CEO of Spark Networks, which he turned around from near-bankruptcy. A former McKinsey strategy and M&A consultant, he holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering from EPFL and an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern.

Tonia brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling international sales organisations across technology and ecommerce, progressing from enterprise sales leadership at Google, Amazon Pay and Dropbox to CRO roles at Sift and Xeneta before joining ESW. She holds a degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Martin brings over 30 years of operational experience, built across 16 years at Intel in supply chain and global procurement and over 14 years at ESW, where he has served as COO, Chief Client Officer, and COO again — one of the longest-tenured and most operationally comprehensive members of the leadership team.

Sarah brings over 25 years of senior HR leadership across technology, pharmaceutical, and FMCG — including SVP HR at ICON plc and nearly a decade as Country HR Director at L’Oréal across Ireland, the UK, and Australia — with a particular focus on organisational change and building high-performance cultures at scale.

Enda brings over 15 years of experience in strategic operations and executive leadership support, with Chief of Staff roles at eir, Intact and Family Office UHNW before joining ESW, alongside earlier positions at Vodafone. He specialises in digital transformation, strategic programme management and translating executive priorities into operational execution.

Frank brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS and ecommerce products, having served as CPO at Orckestra — where he helped build one of the industry’s first API-first headless commerce platforms, adopted by Carrefour, Dollarama and Stanley Black & Decker — and most recently as SVP of Product at Planet. He specialises in omnichannel commerce, pricing strategy and scaling product organisations at pace.

Eoin brings over 20 years of technology leadership across financial services and fintech — including six years at Saxo Bank leading engineering teams of up to 200, CTO at CurrencyFair, and Chief Product and Technology Officer at CarTrawler — with deep expertise in digital transformation, platform architecture and scaling engineering organisations at pace.

Jennifer brings over a decade of corporate and commercial legal expertise, having trained at Eversheds Sutherland before joining ESW in 2017, where she has led the company’s legal, risk and compliance function through nearly nine years of international expansion. She specialises in strategic contract negotiation, regulatory compliance and cross-border legal frameworks.

JJ brings over 20 years of finance leadership across technology, FMCG and industrials — including CFO at WaterWipes, Financial Performance Director at CRH Asia Pacific, and early career roles at KPMG and Davy Corporate Finance — and has spent five years at ESW progressing from Director of FP&A to VP and now Interim CFO.
