For consumers, subject to your compliance with these Terms, we provide you with a limited, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable licence to use certain functionalities on our Site such as, but not limited to, webchat support technology;  the use of Where is my Order Platform; and access to, the Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Statement in relation to the sale of goods by us.
    2. For retailers, subject to your compliance with these Terms, we provide you with a limited, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable licence to use certain functionalities on our Site such as, but not limited to research information; blogposts; papers and infographics.
  4. By Using Our Site You Accept These Terms

    1. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. The use of our Site by a minor (an individual under 18 years of age) is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian and any contract entered into is with the parent or guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s compliance with these Terms.

      2. Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the sale of any products to you, which will be set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

      1. We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our Site or any content on it.

    1. If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by laws of Ireland. You and we both agree that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
    2. If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Ireland. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

    1. You are not permitted to use our trademarks and/or logos without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under How you may use material on our Site.
